Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Essential offers a 15 days return policy on all of its products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be in new (unused) condition, and the return shipment must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.


To start a return please contact customer service at hello@essentialhairtools.com We will inspect the product and process the refund or exchange within 5 business days. All shipping and handling fees are non refundable. 

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping

  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage

  • Items received as gifts can be returned as store credit

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping 


DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged, please email hello@essentialhairtools.com within 7 days to report the damaged item and request a replacement. 

If item is defective please send us a photo so that me can send a replacement
